Policy
Store Policy:
- All Sales are final. Once an order is place we cannot cancel, refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
- If any products are damaged on delivery, please contact customer service within 12 hours of delivery and we will replace damaged items with proof of manufacturing damages. Item has to be returned within 5days of receive. We do not issue refunds, or store credit, if items aren’t received between timescale, exchange would not be made. Please bear this in mind.
- If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to us you are responsible for the new shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.
- Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.
Shipping (Non-sale)
- All order related questions need to be sent to us via our contact form on the website. Under no order related questions will be handled via Instagram or any other social media platforms.
- We use HERMES or ROYAL MAIL to ship all packages. This varies due to quantity order. Standard shipping time is 2-3 business working days, once your order has shipped. Fast track on our Next day delivery. Be aware, that prices on deliveries may vary, Europe Standard shipping time 5-7 business days. For international shipping 12-20 business working days after shipped.
- Note: For customise hair wigs, allow 7– 10 working days for process. 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Hair bundles: 5-8 business days for delivery.
Ready to ship: Standard shipping time as followed.
- Lashes, Makeup: 2-3 business days for delivery.
- Skincare: 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Items Accessories: 2-3 business days for delivery.
- This is for UK/Northern Ireland.
- Europe/International delivery varies, but would be advised on invoice only.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be ship out on the next business working day. We don’t ship on Sunday and Order placed by end of closing time, would be process the next working day.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES -: If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact the shipping provider to file a lost package claim.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES BY HERMES OR ROYAL MAIL.
- If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us for Cancellations within 2 hours of order, to avoid handling time. Any items not cancel within time scale, would be process.
SHIPPING (Sale Times)
- Due to increased order volumes it is possible that shipments may take longer than the standard 2-3 business days and can be extended up to 7 business days UK only, and for Euro 12 business working days. For international 4-5 weeks.
- Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.
DELIVERY CHARGES: This may vary depending on the weight
- Standard UK - £3.99 (also on size and kilo within 2kg)
- Standard Euro - £5.99 (also on size and kilo within 2kg)
- Next day delivery UK - £8.99
- Europe & AMP; international countries prices may vary, and no next day delivery available.
- International delivery via FedEx or DHL shipping (£50 this service can be tracked; a tracking number would be sent out to you via email)
CUSTOM CHARGES
Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipients. We aren’t responsible in any way for any charges and don’t have any control on custom charges. Also note customs and import policies may vary from different country to another.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
For all wigs and customs units you are required to take your head measurements for us to work with. This can be done easily with a tape measure. Please ensure head size is correctly measured before checkout. If not a universal measurement would be use.
PROCESSING TIME:
- Please allow up to 10-14 working days to create your wig. In very busy times, orders can take up to three weeks.
- For custom coloured wigs and hair extensions please allow 15-20 working days to create your colour.
- We also offer express processing (3-7 working days) for an additional £35 please send an email first to ensure that service is available.
- Processing time does not include weekend and bank holiday (Monday-Friday only).
RETRUN POLICY:
Due to the nature of our work all sales are FINAL unless products are received damaged. 5days timescales to return items for an exchanged. if return item is not received, an exchange wouldn't not be made.
